| This litter was bred with performance collies in mind and to date thus far appears to be of success. Both Sire and Dam are excellent Herders, with the Sire succeeding also in Obedience and Rally as well, whilst the Dam is one of the best Tracking Collies I have seen here in Victoria. Chase and 2 of his siblings obtained their Herding Instinct Certificate at 7 1/2 months of age and Chase has also been participating in Tracking and achieved his TD (Tracking Dog) Title on 20th August 2016 with a very good and taking off Track of the day under his Judge at the age of 14 1/2 months. He achieved his TDX (Tracking Dog Excellent) Title on the 28th August 2017 at the Dogs Victoria State Tracking Trial with a grading of Very Good. On the 28/05/2018 he achieved his T CH Tracking Champion Title. Chase went straight onto Track and Search after gaining his Tracking Champion Title and achieved his TSD (Track and Search Dog) Title on the 1st September 2018. Chase gained his TSDX (Track and Search Dog Excellent) on 31/5/2019: TS CH (Track and Search Champion) Title - 13/19/2019: Showing - Chase had his first show at the Collie Club Of Vic (CCV) Show in 2023 in the Neuter Dog Section and won his first points. Chase has been attending shows since the 18th June 2023 with his first show and on the 16th September almost 3 months to the day later he gained his final points with Best Neuter of Breed to gain his Neuter Champion Title. This will now make Chase a Triple Champion and he will be now be known, as per ANKC data base, as TS CH T CH TRI CH NEUT CH Brafferton Storm Chaser This is a special litter for his owner Esther Smedley who also owned the Dam and kindly leased her to me, as well as Shelley Donald, the owner of the Sire and myself as we are all interested in the Performance side of the Collie Rough and Smooth Breed. Once again a big Thank you to Esther Smedley for all the work she put into the early advancement of the litter and the on going training and loving family environment he lives with.
